Troubleshooting

***If you would like to be able to view specific assignments we encourage you to sit down with your child, have them login and show you their assignments. At this time you are not able to see a lot of google drive documents because of google's privacy settings***

My children’s names do not appear

• • Click on your name in the upper right, you should see your children listed individually on that drop-down menu.

  • If no names appear, email technology@orono.k12.mn.us indicating the name and grade of your children so they can be attached to your account.

I didn’t get login credentials

• • Logins are created with the "primary email" address on file in ParentVUE. Therefore you can get your login credentials by selecting forgot my password on the schoology login page.

  • Email technology@orono.k12.mn.us indicating the name and grade of your child(ren) and the email address you use for ParentVUE.

I can't seem to log in using the mobile app

• • select the school "Orono Public School District"

  • if logging in as a student use the "Log in through your School" but when logging in as a parent use "Log in using Schoology.com"
