John Phillips
Coach Phillips has coached for over 20 years from 8U to 18U, both Tier I and Tier II. He has run the ADM (American Development Model) program in 15 seasons of his Colonials coaching career.
Coach Phillips has experience coaching players from their start on the ice to Juniors and college. He has trained many players who have had successful college and professional careers in the NHL, AHL and ECHL.
Phillips got involved with USA Hockey immediately after his athletic career at SUNY Buffalo.
He is currently the 8U Director for both the NJ Colonials and the NJ Patriots Full-Ice Program.
