Hello! My name is Carla Perez and I will be teaching Spanish 1A, 1B and MVCC Spanish 201/202 for the 2025 school year. 

While this coming year will be my 18th year teaching Spanish, I have been here at Oriskany for the past 16. In addition to teaching Spanish I also advise Language Club.

I have been married to my husband Oscar for 16 years. Together we have three boys... Oscar (8), Xavier (7) and Lorenzo (4). We also have two dogs... Oscar and Bingo. 

In my free time I love to tackle the ADK high peaks, fish and spend time in nature. My husband and I also love to compete in various races... i.e. Spartans, trail runs and road races as they come up. I also love to read, cook and camp.
