Elementary Chorus is an optional extra-curricular group for 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students.
Rehearsals are before school from 8:00 to 8:45 A.M.
4th Grade Chorus rehearsals are on D-Days.
5th/6th Grade Chorus rehearsals are on B-Days.
Chorale rehearsals are on E-Days.
If a group's letter day does not fall within the week, they will rehearse on A-Days instead.
Students may either ride the early morning bus or be dropped off between 7:50 and 7:55 A.M. If there are any questions about this, please contact me or the Transportation Manager, znicotera@oriskanycsd.org.
Rehearsals will begin on Tuesday, September 17. Please check the schedule for more details.

About Chorale
About Chorale
Chorale (previously known as Ensemble) is an auditioned choral group at N. A. Walbran Elementary. This group is for advanced singers that have a great interest in music. Students in this group rehearse on E-Days. They will be working on more challenging (and more fun!) music to perform for concerts. There may be opportunities for additional performances in the future as well.

Auditions will be held on Friday, September 13 at 8 AM. Students will be assessed on the following musicianship skills:
Vocal range
Pitch Matching
Rhythm Matching
Intonation (singing in tune)
There are no songs/materials that need to be prepared for this audition.Â
Sign-Ups
Sign-Ups
Within the first few days of school, all students in 4th, 5th, and 6th grades will be sent home with a form to sign up for chorus. This may be completed and returned by Thursday, September 12.
