My name is Julia Prinzi (Mrs. Prinzi) and I am so excited to join the vibrant Glorietta community! Though I am originally from Syracuse, New York, I have lived many places including Denver, San Diego, New York City, England, and Japan. My husband and his family have long been a part of the Lamorinda community (he is a Happy Valley Husky alumni)! I received my Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing at the State University of New York in Purchase, New York and my Master of Education at Arizona State.

My focus as a teacher is to create a safe and nurturing environment where all students can grow and flourish, both academically and as individuals. I have a passion for kindness, community, and creating a more empathetic and understanding world for our current and future generations. I consider myself a lifelong learner and am always looking for ways to improve myself and my teaching. Communication and collaboration are very important to me, and I am so looking forward to getting to know each of you! Coming from a background in the arts myself, I love to be creative and finding new ways to get my students excited about learning! I hope to share my love of reading, learning, and creating with all of my students - and I look forward to making some wonderful memories this year.
