What is Warriors and Wardens?
We are a company dedicated to increasing operational readiness and longevity in the Military and First Responder community through emotional well-being and sharing lived experience.
Our Founder and Owner Tom Brown is a former Infantry and Special Forces soldier with over a decade of service in the Australian Army, including operational deployments overseas and domestic counter terrorism duties.
What Do We Do?
We offer in-person workshops, keynote speaking, a Military/First Responder podcast, and free social media resources for those in need.
We use a mix of mindset strategies, personal anecdotes and self-care tactics that can be applied by teams or individuals.
Why Do We Do It?
Owner and Founder, Tom, is no stranger to threats against operational readiness and longevity in the form of emotional compromise, having experienced an acute crisis in 2018 that ended his career, and almost his life.
He is dedicated to ensuring others avoid those same mistakes and believes the health and safety of our people is essential in seeking out the enemy, shielding society from harm, or providing vital aid to the civilians we are sworn to protect.

A Warrior is the dagger that hunts in the night. A Warrior is someone who proactively and aggressively seeks the enemy, is highly adept at marshal skills and relentless in their pursuits. They are the Army Special Forces, the K9 handler or Police Tactical Groups.
It is the 1st of the 2 extreme natures that exists in all who serve in the Military and First Responder world.
It speaks to being proactive, relentless and capable.
A Warden is the shield that protects the innocent. A Warden is someone who selflessly guards the domain of those they are sworn to protect and is the custodian of law and order, as well as vital aid.
They are the Police officers, the Firefighters, the Paramedics.
It is the 2nd of the 2 extreme natures that exists in all who serve in the Military and First Responder world.
It speaks to being protective, incorruptible and dependable.

Our in-person keynote speaking and workshop events are paid, with pricing at $1650 + travel (including GST)
