Code and Technical Documentation
Teams are expected to create a GitHub repo (https://github.com) for maintaining and updating their code. If teams join an ongoing project, they will be expected to join that repo and use the appropriate practices for entering a new phase of the project.Repos should include clear, effective documentation, including a README file and transparent commenting.
