To uphold these values, the conference will adhere to the SIAM Code of Conduct as well as the applicable provisions of the Oregon State University Code of Conduct. In particular, we expect the participants of the Cascade RAIN 2025 to abide by the following rules
treat all others with dignity and respect, and never discriminate against another person for any reason,
not engage in harassment or bullying of any kind,
seek, accept, and offer honest criticism of technical work,
avoid real or perceived conflicts of interest, and disclose those that do exist to affected parties.
The participants can report the violations of this Code of Conduct in one of the following ways:
by reporting the violation through Oregon State University EOA (see the links to “Report Sexual Misconduct” or “Submit a Concern of Discrimination, Harassment, or Retaliation”, and naming CASCADE RAIN 2025 and the organizers in the submission form box “Involved Individuals/Organizations”)
by making a phone call to 911 or OSU Police at 541-737-7000.
