Cindy Streich, former Oregon High School athletic trainer, sits down with Brian Hookstead (Head Wrestling Coach), wrestling parents and some athletes about how to prepare for the WIAA required hydration test.
She talks about nutrition that can aid in passing hydration tests. What should a wrestler being eating month before, weeks before and days before the hydration test. Cindy also talks about the best practices for hydration up to 24 hours prior to the test.
