Students attending the Grand March must arrive by 5:45 p.m. for group photos. Photos will NOT be retaken for late arrivals.
Students attending the Prom Dinner must arrive by 8:00 p.m. Please have your EventBrite barcode ready on your phone or printed for easy check-in.
Students attending the Prom Dance (but not the dinner) must arrive by 9 p.m. and check in.
Students must sign out when leaving Trotter Event Center if departing before midnight. If attending the post-prom party, students must stay to the end of the dance and will have up to 30 minutes to get to the post-prom party.
Guests may change clothes at Trotter Event Center prior to leaving for the post-prom party.
Sophomore dates are allowed to attend the Dance ONLY.
Sophomore Honored Guests may not bring dates to the dinner.
All out-of-town dates must complete an OHS Dance Attendance Permission Form and return it to the OHS office no later than WEDNESDAY, APRIL 13. These dates must present a photo ID to enter the event.
Non-Ord Public School dates must be at least a sophomore in high school and 19 years of age or younger, or a one-year recent graduate of Ord Public Schools (OHS Class of 2021 to attend the 2021 prom).
Out-of-town dates who are sophomores may attend the Dance ONLY.
You must complete the OHS Dance Attendance Permission Form to approve your out-of-town date.
Once the RSVP deadline (April 8) has passed, Ord High School students attending the dinner will receive an email from Mrs. Zaruba with a link to choose seats for themselves and their date through EventBrite. (The selection process will be similar to choosing concert seats.)
Seniors will receive the link first, then juniors will get the link two days later. (No juniors will be allowed to sign up until the link has been sent to them. If a junior is attending as the date of a senior, the senior may choose their seats.)
If you have a friend group you would like to sit with, it will be important for you to sign up at the same time to see which tables have enough seats remaining for you to sit together.
Yes, you can! Simply complete this form by April 18, and we will give the list to our DJ.
