Caro O’Neill is part of the team working at The Kensey Centre. She began her career as a CranioSacral Therapist in 1996 and has worked at The Kensey Centre since its birth in 2002. During her career she has had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients from new born babies to the elderly. CranioSacral Therapy is widely known to assist in helping new borns through possible difficulties during birth which may lead to sleep or feeding difficulties, unexplained crying, colic or ‘fractious’ babies. However, CST can be used to help relieve a far wider range of symptoms by focusing on the body as a whole and taking in all that the client brings both emotionally and physically. For more information about CST visit http://thekenseycentre.co.uk/
Caro has completed her Masters Programme in Gestalt Psychotherapy. Gestalt focuses on bringing the client into a ‘here and now’ experience. Therapist and client work together to become aware of how your current daily life is being affected by your past. Present awareness brings the possibility for change.
