In Art 2 students will contiue to explore the principles of animation, including character development, storyboarding, and creating digital animations. Additionally, they will gain a grasp of photography techniques, such as composition, lighting, and digital alteration. Students will also delve into graphic design, focusing on typography, composition.  Each trimester, students will be able to strengthen their skills across an artistic medium of their own choosing through a personal project as they work through the creative process from start to finish. Both traditional and digital art tools will be available to Art 2 students including DSLR cameras, iPads, and the Procreate app. Finally, students will learn website publishing and portfolio creation, emphasizing design principles and effective communication of artistic ideas.
