Wellness Center
The Wellness Center is dedicated to providing students a quiet place to process their emotions and offer services such as one-on-one counseling, support groups and crisis intervention. Our Wellness Center is designed to provide a calming and quiet environment where students can feel empowered to promote and manage their own social emotional well-being. Student's are welcomed to take 5-10 minute breaks to self-regulate their emotions or with a teacher referral. We also provide a safe space for them during nutrition and lunch where we welcome students to join in on fun group activities like coloring, board games, and yoga/meditation!
