My batteries don't seem to be charging.  What can I do to have them hold a charge?

When charging you batteries it is important that you do not leave them in the drone or charging for long periods like through the evening or over the weekend.  Try charging them in the three stage battery charger first.  That is the larger brick that holds three batteries.  If that does not work then plug them directly into the drone and charge them there.  If that does not work then you may have to request a new battery.

When flying indoors my drones don't seem to fly correctly.  What may be causing this?

The drones you are using fly with Wifi.  This is more realiable than bluetooth but can still have interference if there are many drones trying to fly in the same location within a small space.  The larger your space the better the drones will fly.  Also make sure they are not flying in a dark space as well.

When I pass the code from DroneBlocks to the drone why will my drone not follow the commands?

If code is incorrect on the DroneBlocks app then you may experience several issues such as the drone flying incorrectly or not performing at all.  If the drone has been working double check your code to make sure everything is coded correctly.
