Exploring Business, Video Game and Business & Finance
Students learn about careers and various tasks involved in the daily operation of a business and video game company.
In the Business class, students learn about business communication, business ethics, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, human resources, information technology, international business, management, and marketing. This class is articulated with Santiago Canyon College. You must receive a B or above and take the class for 2 quarters to be eligible for 3 college credits.
In the Video Game classes, students learn about the video game industry and how to code in Python and JavaScript while immersed inside video games.
In the Business Economics & Finance class, students learn about the fundamentals of financial planning, financial institutions, and financial analysis in both business and personal finance.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) USAGE
AI tools can be helpful as a tutor or study guide, but relying on them to produce answers without understanding the material can create a false sense of mastery and make exams, future courses, and real-world tasks harder. Appropriate AI use includes asking for explanations, guidance, or feedback, and generating practice problems or study aids. Inappropriate use includes submitting AI-generated work or text as your own, which is considered plagiarism. Use AI to support your learning, not replace the thinking that helps you grow.
