My finished product will be a handmade book, included will be common health issues and the different herbal remedies that will help. I plan on making the book as simple as possible so its easier to understand. I estimate that it will take 10-15 hours to complete the book.

I went out of my comfort zone when going to VCIH classes with mom. I had to overcome the anxiety of working with people in a classroom type of setting. By going to the classes I forced myself to do something I would have not done normally.
