Rise Against Hunger

Rise Against Hunger is a non-profit organization that is out to achieve the goal to alleviate world hunger. For just $3,500, Rise Against Hunger will come to any location of your choice to host a meal packaging event. The cost of the event simply pays for the meals. Each meal cost 35 cents and in just two hours, we package 10,000 meals. Each meal feeds 6 people, so that is a total of 60,000 people that will be fed. Rise Against Hunger came to the high school on December 18, 2019 and just about 40 volunteers took part in packaging the meals. We were able to package the 10,000 meals in just under two hours.
