My Name is Beatrice Lake and the focus of my project is bringing more art into my community. For my project, I've been working with Julie Iffland, a member of the Randolph Area Community Development Corporation in the process and steps of achieving a space for a mural to go up.
my product is one of two things considering the size and process of it. gain town permission with a future plan to start, or a finished Mural.
My goals for this project are:
become more comfortable and active in my community
gain a better understanding of community impact through art
learn the process of achieving a space while working with others
present a mural that represents a value I have for this town and state
