I am Simon Allen and for my senior project I have been training for powerlifting. Powerlifting is a competitve strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. Currently many athletes around the world making this a full time career. I trained specifically for powerlifting in the gym around 4-5 days a week from the end of June until my competition day on October 29th and December10th.
