Jenna began her journey with Orange in 2013 as a 7th grade Language Arts teacher. She has a Bachelors of Science in Telecommuncations Management and a minor in Video Production from Ohio University, a Teaching License in Middle Childhood Education from Lake Erie College, and a Masters of Instructional Technology from Kent State University.

Lucky for Jenna, she was able to put all of her educational knowledge to use by transitioning into a Technology Coach position within Brady, which then led her to the amazing opportunity to teach students through the Fab Lab!

Creativity and design thinking, especially the kind that is utilized in the Fab Lab, allows students to learn and grow in a variety of ways. Helping students to see the connection between what they are learning in their content area classes and translating that into designing and creating tangible items in the lab is Jenna's favorite aspect of being a part of the Fab Lab.

When not designing and creating in the lab, Jenna enjoys doing projects at home on her own with her Cricut! She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, and her mini goldendoodle. Reading, baking, and spending time with family and friends are also just a few of Jenna's favorite things.

Heather joined Brady Fab Lab September 2017. She is a graduate of the University of Toledo and obtained her Masters degree in Student Affairs Higher Education at Wright State University. After college, Heather started a family, while at the same taking on free-lance work as a design animator for American Greetings and as an independent web and graphic designer. She planted her roots in Moreland Hills, Ohio 23 years ago, with her husband, three daughters and son who have all been students in the Orange School district. She is a passionate enthusiastic Adobe Suite designer, particularly focused on: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Character Animator. In 2017 Heather also joined forces with TIES (Teaching Institute for Excelence in STEM) as a digitial fabrication consultant and is proud to highlight Brady FabLab as a hub for STEM education.

As a vested resident and parent in the Orange community, Heather served 11 years as a board member of the Orange Community Athletic Association and as an active Orange PTA member. She has worked with teachers, students and parents in various environments, and wants the best possible positive and engaging opportunities for children, teachers and the community. Her experience working in the classrooms during her children’s educational process has allowed her to appreciate the opportunity that STEM provides for children, including her own kids, who are inventors, math-elates, GEMS president & just fun loving curious kids!

Outside of spending time with her family and friends, Heather enjoys hobbies as a woodworking enthusiast, sewing novice and avid reader.

She hopes you enjoy this website - She built this website and designed all custom graphics in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
