The overall task of this assignment was to learn how to calculate velocity and acceleration using displacement and time measurements. It was a depiction of the lab my group and I did to demonstrate the effect that weight might have on velocity, acceleration, and time. I really enjoyed this assignment, and if I had to complete it again, I would improve the materials used and perform the experiment with more caution to avoid mistakes.
AA: Work and Energy Lab Report
The purpose of this assignment was to exhibit the work-energy theorem by measuring the work done on an object under a steady force and the kinetic energy of the object. The preformed experiment revealed the difference in work between the horizontal and inclined planes, as well as statistics which demonstrated that the total work done on a horizontal plane equals the total work done on an inclined plane. I put a lot of effort into this assignment, and it was shown.
AA: Friction Lab Report
The objective of this assignment was to better understand how different objects' coefficients of static friction on an inclined plane compare to one another; it gave insights into the link between object materials and frictional forces. Nevertheless, I am not proud of this assignment, I feel as though I could have done much better if hadn't rushed.
