Hi, my name is Mr. Pini! I earned my Bachelors degree at Duke University, I then switched sides and earned my Masters at UNC-Chapel Hill. I am now in my 3rd year as a school counselor at Cedar Ridge. Before going back to school, I spent over a decade coaching college basketball.
When not at Cedar Ridge, I love to spend time in the woods with my wife, two kids, and Pete the dog, or reading with the family cat, Bertie. I am also a fan of the Philadelphia 76ers, an erratic bowler, and the tallest school counselor in Orange County.

Hi, my name is Mrs. Rhoades! I earned my Master of Education in School Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Maryland College Park. After college, I worked in Baltimore at the University of Maryland as an Assistant Director of Experiential Education then at a middle school. You may recognize me as I worked at Pathways Elementary School for 5 years.
My favorite part of being a counselor is helping students explore a variety of opportunities that lead them to discover new career paths and become more involved in being the change our community needs.
Outside of work my family enjoys trying different foods, ethnic restaurants and exploring local performing arts.
