I’m Señora Garcia, and I’m excited to introduce myself. I was born in Havana, Cuba, and have had the privilege of living in Spain and traveling to various countries. I graduated from Nova University with a degree in K-6 Elementary Education and later pursued a Spanish Certification (K-12) at Ramapo College.
My husband, Santiago, and I moved to Oradell, where we raised our children, Adam and Alison. They walked the same halls your children do today, which makes OPS even more special to me.
Teaching Spanish, World Languages, and culture at OPS is an honor. I’m passionate about traveling, discovering new cultures, and learning languages. These interests are the driving force behind my enthusiasm, and I’m eager to share that passion with my students, hoping to inspire them with the same love for exploration and discovery.
