Hello, OPS Families! My name is Stacy Socha. I’m so excited to be starting my first year as a Special Education & Intervention teacher here at Oradell Public School.
I’m a proud graduate of The College of New Jersey (B.S. Special Education) and Fairleigh Dickinson University (M.A. Learning Disabilities). I’m also a certified Orton Gillingham-Teacher, having completed Fairleigh Dickinson University’s two-year-long scholarship program in partnership with the Children’s Dyslexia Centers.
I have previous professional experience working in public schools as a special education teacher, Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant, and multisensory reading teacher.
I very much look forward to helping my students discover the magic of reading. It’s going to be an amazing year!
