About Me

Welcome to my class! My name is Christie Jankowski, and this is my sixth year teaching at OPS. 

This year, I am excited to be team teaching with Ms. Powers. I will be teaching Language Arts and Ms. Powers will be teaching Math, Science, and Social Studies. As a teacher, I am committed not only to teaching the curriculum but also building strong relationships with my students. 

When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, staying active, and reading- my favorite genre to read is realistic fiction! I also enjoy watching and playing sports; especially basketball and ultimate frisbee. Additionally, when I'm able to find the time, I like to compete in Spartan Races and travel.
