Hello! My name is Miss Pallotta, and I began teaching at OPS in 2020. As a proud 2009 OPS graduate, it feels wonderful to give back to the community that shaped me. This is a photo of me in first grade!
I attended River Dell High School and went on to graduate from Marist College with a degree in psychology and dual certification in childhood and special education (K-6). I then earned my master’s degree in Educational Psychology, also from Marist College.
I am deeply committed to lifelong learning and love creating unique, hands-on experiences that make learning exciting and meaningful for my students. My goal is to inspire curiosity, foster creativity, and build a classroom environment where every child feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential. Seeing my students engage with new ideas and develop a love for learning brings me immense joy and fulfillment.
Outside of teaching, I have a wide range of passions. I love creating with graphic design, capturing moments through photography, traveling to new places, spending time in nature, visiting museums, and cherishing moments with my family. I have a brother, a sister, and adorable nieces and nephews who bring so much joy to my life.
My goal is to inspire curiosity, build confidence, and nurture a love of learning in every student I teach. Let’s work together to make this year amazing!
