Our Parent Teacher Association (PTA) strives to enhance our children’s educational experience and to build community and connection at Brookside! To do that, we strive to fill the gap between the school's operating budget and what it actually costs to provide our students with the excellent and meaningful educational experience they deserve. While PTA's educational enrichment programs strengthen our children's academic experience, the strong sense of community and fun provided by PTA events are key to resilience and well-being. It is the mission of the Brookside PTA to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging families and communities to advocate for ALL children.

The Oak Park Education Foundation (OPEF) raises money from parents, individuals, and local businesses, and makes direct contributions to the District annually to benefit children enrolled in all levels of Oak Park schools. All donations are tax-deductible and help maintain the high quality of education for our children!

- You will drop this form off with your student's medication to the school office.
- Acknowledgments & Permissions (including Parent Handbook, Student Technology Acceptable Use Agreement, Food Service)
- Upload Documents (ex. Student Health Information or Court Orders if applicable)
