1) Preliminary Clearance: This is necessary in order to try out or participate for a sport. The following 2 steps must be completed:
1) Log in to homecampus.com/login. You will login or create an account if you are a new student. Complete all the forms. (payment will be made at a later time when the athlete makes a final roster).
2) Submit a new/updated physical form completed by a physician to the athletic office.
** Coaches will be given a list of all athletes that have completed these two steps and are cleared to participate. You will not be able to tryout if these steps aren't completed.
2) Final Clearance: This is a CIF requirement that must be done once you make an official roster.
Parent/Guardian needs to login into the final clearance website and check that all information is still current and up to date.
Students need to turn in the following items to the athletics office on their assigned day:
Printed confirmation page with parent and student signature
Athletic Participation Contribution receipt or cash/check
