I was born and raised in Agoura Hills, California, where I attended Agoura High School. In high school, I played softball and lacrosse, and was a member of the Jazz Band. After four challenging, yet fun-filled years in college, I graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Chemistry, and received my teaching credential.
After college, I moved back to my hometown to pursue my passion for teaching. In the Fall of 2020, I received my Master's of Science in Instructional Technology from Grand Canyon University.
Beyond the chemistry lab, I take on the role of ASB director, where I have the privilege of shaping the school’s spirit and culture. I direct and lead the ASB students to plan and execute a variety of events, from spirit days and rallies to dances, all aimed at fostering a sense of community and pride among students. Fundraising is also a key part of my role, as I work to ensure that the entire student body has access to enriching experiences and activities. Together, we work to bring our school’s vision to life, creating memorable experiences and leaving a lasting impact on our community. My goal is to empower these students to be leaders, problem-solvers, and change makers, both within our school and beyond.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy hiking, playing sports, or relaxing at the beach. I am part of a Big Fat Greek Family, so you can often find me at a variety of greek events eating lamb chops, greek dancing, or coaching our church's girls youth basketball team.
I am thrilled to be working at Oak Park High School and looking forward to getting to know all of my students and the OPHS Community.
