The Talon is the official student publication for Oak Park High School. The publication operates as true student press - all content and production decisions are made by the editorial team in accordance with professional and ethical standards of journalism.

Interested in joining our staff? Enroll in Journalism I. This course provides the foundation for various forms of news writing and media. Once this prerequisite is completed, you can apply for Journalism II, which is designated as an English Honors course.
