Emma Evers:
I am running for the role of Historian for 8th grade ASB 2025-2026. I would make a great historian because I am empathetic, compassionate, caring, and a great role model for all students. Also, from an early age, I have been learning to deal with technology and would be able to easily organize all photos from all the events by grade level and type of event. I can take photos in a way that is not only captivating, but also gives a level of emotion to it that entices students to take part in that activity for future years. I get joy from creating photo albums and photo books that show just how fun and exciting the activities at our school are. 

People should vote for me because I can take great photos of each event, make everyone feel like they belong at Medea, and bring a positive atmosphere to our school. I will make aesthetically pleasing slide shows to show at the end of the school year that will make everyone look back on those fun memories with a smile on their face. I would bring a positive attitude to all students at school and make them feel acknowledged and valued at school. Every student deserves to feel worthy at school, and I can help with just that. I know that for me, it was hard to make friends at the beginning of the school year, and sometimes just being there for others can give them that jump start that they need to feel more confident, and to go out into the world with a smile on their face.

Soraya Kouame:

I am running for Historian to make a positive change on our Medea campus. I'm ready to step into a leadership position and to listen to the student body. My main goal and motive is to lead with a positive attitude and mindset. I have experience with ASB and work habits that qualify me for this office. I truly hope to make a positive impact on our campus.

Voters should vote for me because I will listen to their feedback. No matter what, I will stay positive even when challenges arise. I'll make sure school memories don't just occur, but are remembered by fulfilling the Historian role. I will make a commitment to our school as an officer to fulfill my duties and support our school. I'm organized, positive, and ready to help our amazing community.
