*Please use the ASAP Registration link above to create/update your ASAP Connected account (beginning March 1, 2024) and to register for Summer School courses (beginning March 23, 2024 @ 9:00am).
Parent-initiated refund requests must be received by 11:59 am Friday, May 17, 2024, for a full refund.
Parent-initiated refund requests received by 11:59 am Friday, May 24, 2024, will be considered for a 50% refund by the Oak Park Education Foundation’s Board of Directors.
No refunds will be issued - for any reason - based on requests received after these deadlines.
Attendance and punctuality in Summer School are critical due to the accelerated pace of the curriculum. Each day of Summer School approximately equals roughly 2-weeks in the regular school year. As a result:
No more than 3 days of any 6-week class may be missed.
Two tardies equal one day of absence.
If a student will be absent, the parent/guardian is required to notify the OPEF Summer School for Acceleration front office between 7:45 - 8:30am. All absences must be accounted for and verified.
Attendance is mandatory on the final day of each semester (June 17 - for 10-credit courses only - & July 8) to participate in final exams/projects. There will be no exceptions.
Students are responsible for all work missed.
Please complete and bring the physician-signed document, along with proper medication, to the OPHS front office on or after May 31, 2024.
