IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON HOW TO SUBMIT A DOC APPLICATION
If your child is already attending an OPUSD school, you do not need to submit a District of Choice application for the 2026–2027 school year.
This application is only for students who do not live in Oak Park and are requesting to attend an OPUSD school in the 2026–2027 school year.
To apply, you must first register and create an account in the application portal before completing the application.
