OPUSD EMAIL ALERT
It’s important to make a copy of your OPUSD Google Drive files to a personal Google account before your school account is disabled. Please take a moment to carefully review the steps outlined here: Exporting Google Data Using Takeout.
Deadline: Complete before June 14, 2026. After this date, your OPUSD account will be permanently disabled, and you will lose access to all your files.
If you need assistance with this process, Tech Support will be available during lunch in the Tech Support location outside of the OPHS gym.
IMPORTANT DATES
April 13 - Senior Week Activities payment and form collection begins at the Student Store (cash/check) or on the WebStore (credit card). Price is $165 through May 1. Price increases to $170 on May 2 and then to $175 on May 9
April 13 - Prom Tickets go on sale for $175 per ticket
April 13 - Graduation Tickets go on sale for $15 - NO LIMIT (Students will be provided 4 free tickets with their cap and gowns on May 11 & 12) Tickets must be purchased at the Student Store to receive a physical ticket or electronically on GoFAN
May 2 - Senior Week payment increases to $170
May 5 - Senior Surveys due on Naviance
May 9 - Senior Activities Permission Form requested (need to get numbers to Magic Mountain). Price increases to $175.
May 9 - Last Day to purchase Prom Tickets.
May 11 & 12 - Caps and Gowns to be distributed on the Great Lawn starting at lunchtime. Only be given to students who have completed their Senior Survey & their FAFSA documents (either application or opt-out). Please contact Ms. Fitts in the College & Career Center if you need assistance.
May 13 - 15 - Textbooks to be collected in the C-Lounge (enter between C9 and C10) starting at lunchtime. Students can drop off books earlier in the week in C6 during normal textbook room hours.
May 14 & 15 - Chromebooks to be collected on the Great Lawn starting at lunchtime.
Any Senior who has not completed any of the above items will not be allowed at the Senior Picnic on May 18, Senior Magic Mountain Day on May 19, the Senior Breakfast on May 20, and, ultimately, Graduation on May 21 until they have completed all these items

SENIOR WEEK vs GRAD NIGHT
Senior Week activities are offered through OPHS ASB, including Magic Mountain and a Senior Picnic at Vasa Park.
Payment was not available at registration. The portal for payment will open on April 13th.
Grad Night activity is provided by the Parent Faculty Association (PFA) and will happen on graduation night.
Payment was requested in the fall via International Student Tours, not through OPHS or OPHS WebStore.

SENIOR WEEK and PROM
You cannot purchase your Non-OPUSD guest ticket until all 4 steps of the Guest Pass Application have been completed. The ticket can only be purchased with Mrs. Brown at the Student Store.
GRADUATION
Each student is issued 4 complimentary tickets when they receive their cap and gown.
Additional tickets are available at the Student Store ONLY for $15 each or via GoFAN
(GoFAN QR code on the left).
No quantity limit
Tickets are not available on our WebStore because a physical ticket needs to be issued.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS

and Confetti are NOT PERMITTED

Please note that no flowers are to be worn or carried during the graduation ceremony
Financial assistance may be available. Students requiring financial assistance should contact the Parent Faculty Association - president@opusdpfa.com - as we do not wish any student to miss out on attending these school events.
