Dear Options Families and Staff,

We are excited to share some important leadership updates as we continue to grow and strengthen our Options Indiana programs.

We are pleased to announce that Melanie Terrell will be serving as the new Principal of Options Indiana North, while continuing in her current role as Principal of Options Indiana Middle School. Melanie has been a dedicated member of the Options Schools team since 2007 and brings a wealth of experience, passion, and commitment to student success. Her leadership has been instrumental in building strong relationships with families, staff, and students across our programs, and we are thrilled to have her guide both campuses in this expanded role.

Joining Melanie in a new leadership capacity, we are also excited to share that Jesse James will be stepping into the role of Assistant Principal for Options Indiana North and Options Indiana Middle School. Jesse has been a valued member of the Options Schools team for seven years, serving in our special education department. She brings a student-centered mindset, a deep understanding of individualized learning, and a strong commitment to supporting both students and staff.
