As you may be aware the team has begun negotiations with the employer as of September 29th. We have met with the employer 4 times since the end of September and are working on Non Monetary Demands. The team continues to focus on the main priorities presented in the Demand Set; workload, career progression, job protection, and working conditions. We are in the early stages of the process and have reached agreement with the employer on several proposals which marks meaningful progress in the bargaining process. We are still in the early stages of the process and will have more to share as progress is made. Below is a list of upcoming negotiations dates:
