"Welcome to 2022-2023 School Year"

Class Overview

Students in social studies should explore key questions through multiple sources to develop claims about social studies content. As such, teachers must create instructional opportunities that delve deeply into content and guide students in developing and supporting claims about social studies concepts.

Eagle is the common name for many large birds of prey of the family Accipitridae. Eagles belong to several groups of genera, some of which are closely related. Most of the 60 species of eagle are from Eurasia and Africa.[1] Outside this area, just 14 species can be found—2 in North America, 9 in Central and South America, and 3 in Australia.

About Me

I have had a passion for teaching students over a period of 22 years. I am also a certified librarian for the state of Louisiana. I also have a Master in Educational Technology Leadership, and I am currently finishing a Doctorate Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I enjoy learning as well as you can see from the degrees that I have been pursuing; however, I understand that living a wholesome life is full of opportunities and journeys. These journeys can land us in familiar or unfamiliar places. Which one will you take?
