Greetings! My name is Alecia Davis.  I have been an educator for 20 years and all years have been rewarding.  I am excited to embark on a new journey as Ouachita Junior High School Counselor.  My ultimate goal is to facilitate, improve, enhance, promote, develop, maximize, and maintain student success to the fullest extent.  I will work to cultivate a safe learning environment, build positive relationships among students, parents, school officials, and the community.  It is my duty to prepare our students to be well-rounded academically, psychologically sharp, socially aware, and productive individuals in society. As the school counselor I will create a school culture of success for ALL and facilitate any challenges our students may acquire whether in or out of school. I look forward to having a prosperous, fun, and memorable school year with all!!!
