Qualifications:
- Valid Montana Teaching Certificate with proper endorsement or eligibility for certification
- Ability to pass a fingerprint background investigation
- Effective communication skills with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to handle stress and maintain confidentiality
- Effective time management skills

**Salary:**
- Dependent on years of experience and subject to negotiation
- Teachers with less than two years of experience will be placed on Step 2 of the placement scale

Terms of Employment:
- 152 days unless specified otherwise
