• Understand the reasoning behind scheduling flexibility, district/school-level scheduling of math testlets, and 8-week windows

• Navigate the Scheduler Tool at a high level

• View a published schedule

• Apply scheduling best practices within the testing window (ELA, math, and makeups)

• Identify who is part of the scheduling team

• Verify schedules for accuracy before finalizing

• Use the administration scheduling platform to set target dates

Objectives: 

• Manage users, rostering, and PNP entry within the Kite platform

• Understand DLM crossover considerations

• Train educators on test security

• Notify families of upcoming testing

• Prepare Test Administrators for testing

• Navigate the MAST Portal

• Complete rostering for Science

Objectives: 

• Apply best practices for timing, practice tests, and testlet order

• Understand Performance Tasks

• Monitor testlet completion

• Address student mobility issues using the Test Status Report

• Manage make-up test situations 

Objectives: 

• Navigate interactive reporting tools

• Understand new reporting features (Chris Gentile)

• Locate score reports

• Distinguish between Testlet, Progress, and Summative reports

• Understand the implications of reports for instruction, reporting, and accountability

• Use score reports effectively

• Apply score reports to goal setting

• Understand the rationale for sharing reports with students and parents/guardians

• Follow data protocols
