WELLNESS AND WEALTH:
“Wholistic Wellness and Multi-Generational Wealth” by: Sandra Joyce 4/27/2022
Let’s not forget how wellness effects wealth, in addition to more easily seen evidence of wealth empowerment.
Key Concept: Wealth is more indirectly passed on than we may think! It’s time to acknowledge the value of learned behaviors… habits over bequests!!
Our wellness in general has a big affect on our ability to gain financial freedom. What we teach our children about wellness influences their ability to build and grow. Aspects of “education, marriage, homeownership, business ownership and receipt of financial gifts or bequests” have known value in wealth transmission. So, why is it said to take 3 generations to build wealth? (Research study by Fabian Pfeffer University of Michigan sited*) This conversational lecture will highlight wholistic wellness concepts, some well-known family histories, as well as key concepts of a University of Michigan study* to show how to begin a financial freedom journey and teach ourselves and our children better skills for growth. A brief overview of important financial instruments used to protect wealth, like Wills, Trusts, Foundations, Holding Companies, Business and Personal Assets will also be given.
