It is quite surreal that in a matter of the last week education as we know it has changed and teachers have stepped up to the task in record speed. With the outbreak of COVID-19 sending learning from the confines of the classroom to the online world at home, teachers everywhere are scrambling for resources to help them stay engaged with their students. Whether your state is turning to e-delivery of instruction or just wanting you to keep students engaged while out but not focus on specific learning targets, we all have the same question. HOW?
There are multiple resources out there and companies are stepping up and providing even more by the minute. As a current Technology Director and a former classroom teacher, I have been doing my part in gathering and sharing resources on social media to help educators navigate these uncharted waters. I have decided to put together this very basic but very powerful Google Site to share out as a repository of resources in one place for all to use. So from my educator heart to yours, I hope someone finds this site helpful in transitioning to this alternate educational delivery method during these most uneasy times.
