Boni Thompson-Kurke, MBA and Seth Kurke are the founders of Opal Court LLC, a South Sound-based consulting and strategy firm supporting businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations through targeted services in marketing, outreach, operations, and growth advisory.

Boni brings over a decade of experience in business operations, executive support, and nonprofit leadership to her work at Opal Bloom Advisory, helping mission-driven organizations and small businesses build sustainable, scalable foundations. Her work is rooted in a commitment to strategic growth, operational excellence, and client-centered service.

Seth leads EchoPoint Strategies, applying his background in marketing, outreach, and stakeholder engagement to help businesses and nonprofits strengthen their brand presence and amplify their impact. His approach focuses on crafting clear communications, building community connections, and delivering strategies that create lasting value.
