Our interviews with Vietnam veterans

For our 8th grade community service project we choose to interview veterans from the Vietnam war. We first interviewed Mr. Krause and he connected us to 4 other amazing veterans. We cannot thank them enough for being so gracious and flexible with us. It has been an amazing experience for us to listen to the incredible stories these men have shared with us and we hope you feel same as you read this page. The interviews have also been incredibly eye-opening to us in terms of how ignorance and lack of knowledge makes people have a lack of empathy and understanding for people they can't easily understand.
