• Be on time to Zoom meetings and away from distractions.

• Come prepared with necessary supplies and materials to all Zoom meetings.

• Stay muted during meetings unless called on by the teacher or told to "unmute."

• Use the "raise hand" option or physically raise your hand to be called on.

• Are invited to have their camera on during synchronous times.

• Use the chat box appropriately by keeping any comments/questions related to the lesson.

• Keep all comments respectful and productive.

• Be patient and assume the best in everyone.

Parents/Guardians are encouraged to:

• Help set up a comfortable spot where your student can focus on schoolwork.

• When possible, minimize known distractions in the work space. This may look different for each child.

• When possible, check in with students to ensure they are prepared to have a successful day.

Keep in mind, the more consistent your student is with keeping a schedule and routine the more likely they will become independent throughout the day.
