I'm using burlap with yarn laces. You can use whatever you have!

Scrap fabric with a needle and thread (or embroidery floss), burlap and yarn with a plastic needle, or even paper with holes punched to stitch yarn through.

Materials needed: Paper plate, scissors, yarn. Instead of a paper plate, you could also try wrapping the warp around an old CD or DVD.

Try colored paper, recycled paper, patterned paper, paper you've painted, or paper you've colored.
