Institute Day Evaluation & IL Professional Learning Hours

The D97 Professional Learning Committee asks that all Institute Day participants complete a brief survey about their experience today. Your feedback will be analyzed at an upcoming meeting and will inform our thinking as we plan future Institute Days. Here is the link:

To earn IL Professional Learning hours for your Institute Day sessions, you must:

1. Sign in AND out of each session you attend with your IEIN.
2. Complete an ISBE Evaluation Form for every session you attended. The links for each session will be emailed to you. Once you submit the Evaluation Form, an automated email will be sent to you with your ISBE Evidence of Completion.
3. Please remember to enter these PD Clock Hours into ELIS to receive credit.
