Onalaska School District Teacher Mentorship

New teachers that join the Onalaska School District are offered mentorship through OSPI's Beginner Educator Support Team (BEST) program. The goal of the program is to support and retain beginning educators to ensure equitable access to high-quality education for every student in Washington. Each new teacher is offered an experienced mentor who is held to the BEST program's standards.
