In ASL 101 and 103, we are working on Lesson #9 as of the week of 12/12-12/16/22. We are wrapping up the semester. We have 10 total lessons this semester, a paper Midterm Part #2, and an online final. Hard to believe that we are nearly halfway through the 1st semester already!

In ELL, we just celebrated El Dia De Los Muertos, "The Day of the Dead," on November 1st and November 2nd. Our students have also created some beautiful art projects, thanks to the help of Mrs. Granman. I'm excited to say that in October, we also took our first ELL Field Trip in 3 years to Seattle for an El Dia De Los Muertos festival! It was a wonderful cultural experience. We went to the Seattle Art Museum as well. We are moving right along in our reading and writing curriculum. The kids are working hard on vocabulary, reading comprehension, and public speaking. We have completed 4 Units, and taken their Vocabulary Unit Tests; as well as completed 2 essays.
