The founder of On the M.A.R.C. LLC, saw a need to connect global companies, investors and commercialization engines in healthcare and consumer products. With this simple premise in mind, On the M.A.R.C. LLC was established to provide the right advice at the right time. We continue to grow and acquire clients at a rapid pace.

The founder Chet Rao, is a seasoned executive with expertise in enterprise strategy and execution, P&L management, innovation, and M&A. Chet has 20+ years of global experience in F&B and healthcare. Chet has PhD in engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and MBA from University of Minnesota. In addition, the team consists of a director and two senior associates.
